Private Transfer from MIA to Orangetree

A private transfer to or from MIA and Orangetree covers 118 miles (189.9 km) in a Black SUV or private van, a flat rate from $350 per vehicle, and takes about 115 to 132 minutes door to door. The northbound drive follows I-75, off-peak to peak, with a bilingual driver who tracks your flight and meets you curbside.

How Much Does a Transfer to Orangetree Cost? 🏷️

The fare is a flat rate per vehicle, locked at booking, with tolls and fuel already included — pick the vehicle that fits your group.

  • Black SUV for up to 5 passengers: $350 USD
  • Van for 6 to 9 passengers: $450
  • Van for 10 to 14 passengers: $550

How Does Payment Work? 🧾

Payment is simple and handled before or on trip day, with no full cash accepted at pickup.

  • Accepted methods: Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link; card and link payments add a 4% bank fee.
  • Round trip: a round trip is simply double the one-way fare, booked as one reservation.
  • Deposit: a Miami-side pickup confirms with a 50% deposit, and the remaining 50% may be paid to the driver on trip day, cash accepted.

Are farther-out pickups paid differently?

Some reverse-direction pickups from farther areas require full payment in advance rather than the 50% split. The 50% deposit structure applies to the main direction — pickups on the Miami side. When you book, we confirm exactly how your particular trip is paid so there are no surprises on the day.

Where Does the Driver Meet Me at MIA? 🌆

Your included pickup is curbside — the driver is parked and ready at the terminal curb when you exit, with your name, vehicle make, and license plate texted the day before. Prefer to be greeted inside arrivals with a name sign? That in-terminal meet-and-greet is available as an optional paid add-on.

Is the Price Per Person or Per Vehicle? 🏷️

The rate is per vehicle, not per person — your entire group rides for the one flat price listed above. Whether one traveler or a full van of fourteen, the fare does not multiply by headcount. That makes larger groups the best value, since everyone shares a single locked fare.

What Happens If My Flight Arrives Late? ✅

Nothing changes and you pay nothing extra. The driver tracks your inbound flight in real time and re-times the curbside pickup automatically when you land late or early. Courtesy waiting covers two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic — more than enough for customs and baggage claim at MIA.

How Much Luggage Fits in the SUV or Van? 🚖

Each passenger brings 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on as standard, and the driver loads and unloads everything at both curbs. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp in advance and we confirm the space or size you up to a larger van — just reach out before the trip.

What Does the Flat Rate Include? ✅

The flat rate bundles the whole ride: tolls, SunPass, and fuel are all included, so nothing is added afterward. Flight tracking comes standard, with a curbside pickup timed to your actual landing. Courtesy waiting is built in — two hours for international flights, one hour for domestic flights, and 15 minutes for hotel pickups — and the pickup is re-timed free when your flight is delayed or early. Onboard WiFi runs through a mobile hotspot, drivers handle luggage at both curbs, and each guest brings 1 checked bag plus 1 carry-on. Sealed bottled water is on board.

What extra charges may apply?

An in-terminal meet-and-greet with a name sign is an optional paid add-on. After the courtesy waiting window, extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks. Card or payment-link transactions carry a 4% bank fee. Gratuity is optional and always appreciated. Extra or oversized bags — message us in advance and we confirm space.

Can I travel with a small pet or a child seat?

Small pets ride with advance WhatsApp notice, inside a pet carrier. For families, the first child seat is free for a child under five; each additional seat carries a small fee confirmed at booking. Just tell us the ages and seat count when you reserve so the right setup is ready.

Why Book Your Ride With Us? 🌟

The service is fully private — one vehicle held for your party alone, never shared or pooled with strangers. Your fare is fixed at the moment you book, so weather, demand, or heavy traffic never changes the number you agreed to. Every driver is bilingual, speaking English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which makes the long cross-state ride easy to navigate. Flight tracking is built in: the driver follows your inbound flight in real time and re-times the curbside pickup at no extra cost if you land early or late. Bags are handled for you at both curbs, onboard WiFi keeps you connected through a mobile hotspot, and you reach a real person directly on WhatsApp before, during, and after the trip. With more than five years in operation and 24/7 year-round dispatch, someone is always reachable to coordinate your pickup.

How Long Is the Drive to Orangetree? ⏳

The drive from MIA to Orangetree takes about 115 to 132 minutes door to door. The route runs north and west across the peninsula on I-75, the main interstate linking Florida’s east and southwest coasts, covering the full 118 miles (189.9 km) of the trip. Leave in the off-peak window and you sit near the 115-minute mark with steady highway speeds most of the way. During morning and late-afternoon peaks, congestion around the Miami metro edge adds time and pushes the door-to-door total toward 132 minutes. Because the fare is flat, that extra traffic never costs you more — the price is the same whether you roll through in under two hours or hit a slow patch. On this longer cross-state run, one short comfort stop for a restroom or snack can be arranged on route if you ask in advance.

Does traffic change the drive time?

Yes — off-peak runs land near 115 minutes, while peak congestion near the Miami metro edge lifts the total toward 132 minutes. The fare stays flat regardless, so slow traffic never raises your price. The driver watches conditions live and picks the smoothest path west.

Best Way to Get from MIA to Orangetree? 🚖

The most direct way is a private door-to-door transfer in a vehicle reserved only for your group. You select the tier — a Black SUV for up to five travelers, or a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine or ten to fourteen. After you land, the driver is already parked and waiting at the curb; there is no app to open and no line to join. You send your flight number and hotel or home address when you book, and the driver texts their name, vehicle make, and license plate the day before the trip along with exact curbside meeting instructions. Drivers load and unload your bags at both ends, so you step out of the terminal and straight into a climate-controlled ride across the state.

How do I reserve the transfer?

Reserve at least 24 hours ahead by WhatsApp or email with your flight number, passenger count, pickup date, and destination address in Orangetree. We confirm the vehicle and driver, then send full pickup details the day before. Under-24-hour requests are still reviewed by hand, though availability is not guaranteed.

What Awaits You in Orangetree? 🌆

Orangetree is a quiet residential community on the inland edge of Southwest Florida, set among gated neighborhoods, wide open estates, and golf-oriented developments rather than a downtown core. The pace is suburban and calm, with newer master-planned housing, local parks, and easy reach to the broader Naples and Collier County area for dining, shopping, and Gulf-coast beaches. Travelers here are usually visiting family, relocating, attending community events, or using it as a home base for the surrounding region. It is a practical, unhurried place — the kind of destination where a private ride straight to your door beats juggling connections after a long flight. For a taste of the area’s businesses and creative side, see this local Orange Tree resource or this OrangeTree information page.

Which areas suit a longer stay?

For a longer visit, the wider Naples and Collier County region around Orangetree offers golf communities, nature preserves near the Everglades’ western edge, and Gulf-coast beach towns. Base yourself in the surrounding suburban areas for quiet, or head toward the coast for waterfront dining and shopping.

How Much Is a Private Shuttle to Orangetree? 🏷️

A private shuttle to Orangetree uses our Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans for six to fourteen passengers at the flat per-vehicle rate shown in the prices section — never a shared or pooled ride. The whole group travels together in one reserved vehicle. A round trip is simply double the one-way fare.

Is There a Night Surcharge? 🌠

Daytime pickups between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM carry no surcharge. Trips scheduled outside those hours add a small amount, shown below.
