By booking or using any service offered by Airport Transfers Miami and our third-party partners, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these conditions, do not use our services.
Airport Transfers Miami provides private and shared transportation to a range of destinations, including but not limited to Miami International Airport, PortMiami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills and other attractions in Miami and the surrounding region. We also offer passenger transport and luxury chauffeur service for clients who want added comfort, privacy and exclusivity.
In certain cases, Airport Transfers Miami may engage third parties or arrange vehicles through trusted suppliers to deliver a smooth, high-quality experience. Those third-party suppliers are solely responsible for the safety, condition, licensing and documentation of their own vehicles. Airport Transfers Miami is not responsible for services performed by third parties or for issues arising from them.
Airport Transfers Miami is duly registered and licensed through Passenger Transport and Limousine Service authorizations. It also holds a Seller of Travel license (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041). These authorizations allow us to offer private transportation and organized tour packages together with third parties.
Payments. Unless otherwise agreed in advance, services must be paid in full before they are performed. In some cases — particularly private transportation — a deposit of 30% to 50% may be required in cash directly to the driver.
Cancellations. Cancellations may be made without penalty up to 48 hours before the service date. Cancellations requested after that window are non-refundable.
The passenger is responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup locations, flight details and the number of passengers. Airport Transfers Miami is not responsible for delays, errors or costs caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.
For private services, the passenger agrees to pay the driver directly for any additional amounts related to changes, extra services or modifications not included in the original booking.
The vehicles used are recent models, well kept and maintained in excellent condition. For certain private services, Airport Transfers Miami may use subcontracted or rented vehicles. In those cases, the suppliers are directly responsible for the safety, condition, licensing and insurance of their vehicles. Airport Transfers Miami does not verify and assumes no responsibility for the authorizations, licenses or insurance of subcontracted drivers.
Airport Transfers Miami is not responsible for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft or injury occurring during the service, except where responsibility can be attributed directly to Airport Transfers Miami or its employees. This limitation includes, without restriction:
Extra services — such as Meet & Greet, child seats or other add-ons — must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Airport Transfers Miami may coordinate these services but is not responsible for failures, delays or changes made by outside suppliers.
Airport Transfers Miami may subcontract part of a service or source additional vehicles through third parties. Those suppliers are fully responsible for the services they provide and must comply with all applicable State of Florida regulations in force. Airport Transfers Miami is not responsible for subcontracted services or for any damage, delay or failure caused by third parties.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any dispute relating to these terms must be brought before the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Airport Transfers Miami is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely to arrange, manage and deliver your reservation. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
