A private transfer to or from MIA and Cocoa covers 196.4 miles (316.1 km) in a Black SUV or climate-controlled van, a flat rate from $550 per vehicle. The drive runs north on Florida’s Turnpike and I-95, door to door in about 198–206 minutes, with a bilingual driver and curbside pickup at the terminal.
Each price below is the full cost for the whole vehicle, not per person — one number for your whole group.
Every rate includes tolls, SunPass, and fuel — the price covers the full drive, with nothing added for the highway. Onboard you get WiFi from a mobile hotspot and sealed bottled water. Your bilingual driver, the private vehicle, and the curbside meeting at MIA are all part of the base fare. Courtesy waiting is built in too: two hours for international arrivals, one hour for domestic, and fifteen minutes for a hotel pickup — and if your flight is delayed or early, we re-time the pickup at no charge.
A few things sit outside the base rate. An in-terminal meet-and-greet with a name sign is an optional paid add-on, separate from the included curbside pickup. Waiting past the courtesy window is billed in 30-minute blocks. A short pre-arranged stop on route may carry a small fee. Gratuity is optional and always appreciated. Food, drinks, and eating in the vehicle aren’t included — sealed bottled water only.
Small pets are welcome with advance notice on WhatsApp and must ride in a pet carrier. For families, the first child seat for a child under five is free; each additional seat carries a small fee we confirm at booking. Just tell us the children’s ages when you reserve and we’ll have the seats ready.
Each passenger gets one checked bag plus one carry-on, and drivers load and unload everything for you. Traveling with extra or oversized bags? Message us on WhatsApp before the trip and we’ll confirm the space or size you up to a larger private van. We’d rather plan ahead than surprise you at the curb.
Your group gets a private vehicle reserved only for you — no shared ride, no pooling with strangers, no waiting on other passengers’ pickups. Your bilingual driver speaks English plus Spanish or Portuguese, which smooths every step from curb to hotel. The fare is locked when you book, so the number you agree to is the number you pay; traffic, demand, and time of day don’t change it. Drivers handle the luggage at both ends, loading and unloading so you don’t lift a bag. And you reach us directly on WhatsApp — one contact from the first quote through drop-off in Cocoa, not a call center. For a long run up the coast, a driver who knows the road and a set price beat piecing the trip together after you land.
Book a private vehicle, take a curbside pickup at MIA, and ride straight to Cocoa — no transfers, no stops you didn’t plan. Choose the Black SUV for up to five passengers, or a private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van for six to nine or ten to fourteen. The night before your trip, we text your driver’s name, the vehicle make, and the license plate, plus exactly where to meet at the terminal. When you land, the driver is already at the curb; they help load your bags and pull north out of the airport toward the Space Coast. The whole run is one booking with one dedicated driver for your group, curb to door.
Book at least 24 hours ahead through WhatsApp or email. Under-24-hour requests are reviewed manually, though availability isn’t guaranteed. Once confirmed, your pickup time can be moved with 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Send your flight number, headcount, and bag count and we handle the rest.
Cocoa sits on Florida’s Space Coast, a riverside city built around the brick-lined streets of Cocoa Village. The Village district packs independent shops, waterfront cafés, galleries, and a small-town theater into a walkable historic core, with the Indian River lagoon along its edge. Beyond the Village, Cocoa spreads into quiet residential neighborhoods and serves as an inland base for the wider beach-and-launch corridor of Brevard County. It reads more relaxed and local than Miami — low-rise, slow-paced, and centered on the water rather than nightlife. You can check hours, events, and city services on the City of Cocoa’s official website before you arrive. Whether you’re here for a rocket launch, a cruise connection up the coast, or a quiet riverside weekend, the drop-off is wherever you need in town.
Cocoa Village anchors the visit — its historic shops, riverfront cafés, and lagoon-side parks make an easy afternoon on foot. The city works well as a base for the surrounding Space Coast: launch-viewing spots, marinas, and beach communities lie in the wider Brevard County area. It’s water-focused, walkable, and unhurried, a change of pace from downtown Miami.
Most travelers choose between the historic Cocoa Village area, quieter riverside neighborhoods, or the nearby beachside communities of Brevard County depending on why they’re in town. Give us your exact address at booking — Village, riverfront, or beachside — and the driver takes you directly there, door to door, with no shared stops along the way.
Three private vehicle classes cover this route, each reserved solely for your group. The lead choice for couples, families, and small groups is the Black SUV, seating up to five with room for luggage. Traveling six to nine? A private Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van gives everyone space and their bags. For larger parties of ten to fourteen, a bigger private Sprinter van keeps the whole group together in one vehicle. Whichever you pick, it’s a private ride to or from MIA and Cocoa — no sharing, no extra stops. Not sure which fits? Send your headcount and bag count on WhatsApp and we’ll match the vehicle.
Nothing changes on your end — we track your inbound flight in real time and re-time the curbside pickup automatically, at no extra cost, whether you land late or early. Courtesy waiting covers two hours for international arrivals and one hour for domestic, so a normal customs delay is already built in.
Your driver waits curbside at the terminal, ready when you walk out with your bags. The night before, we text the driver’s name, vehicle make, and license plate, plus exact meeting instructions. Prefer an in-terminal greeter holding a name sign? That’s an optional paid add-on you can request at booking.
The rate is per vehicle, not per person — your whole group rides for the one price listed above. One traveler or five in the SUV pays the same; the van price covers everyone aboard. Split it however you like within the group; the number we quote is the total.
For six to fourteen passengers, our private Sprinter van is the “shuttle” answer — but it’s fully private, never shared with strangers. The van fare is a single per-vehicle price shown in the prices section above, covering the whole group for the ride to or from Cocoa. Smaller groups take the Black SUV instead.
Yes — a round trip is booked as one reservation and costs double the one-way price for the same vehicle. We set both the outbound pickup at MIA and the return, tracking your departure flight for the trip back. Nearby Cocoa Beach and other Brevard County addresses work the same way.
Yes. The same private transfer runs to Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, and other addresses across nearby Brevard County along the Space Coast. Give us the exact street at booking and the driver takes you door to door. The per-vehicle rate depends on the destination, and we confirm it when you reserve.
A more coordinated, premium service — flat fare, named driver, flight-tracked pickup — at a significantly lower total cost than Uber Black or Lyft Lux.

One booking, one coordinated pickup, significantly lower cost than an Uber Black or Lyft Lux surge.

Pay by Venmo, Zelle, or a secure payment link; full cash payment at pickup isn’t accepted, though cash is fine for the driver-day balance. Card and link payments carry a 4% bank fee, so Venmo or Zelle keeps the total lower. A round trip costs double the one-way price for the same vehicle, booked as one reservation. Cancel with 24 or more hours’ notice for a full refund; within 24 hours of pickup the booking is non-refundable.
For a pickup on the Miami side — your arrival at MIA — a 50% deposit confirms the booking, and the remaining 50% goes to your driver on trip day, cash accepted. Some reverse-direction pickups from farther areas ask for full payment in advance; we’ll tell you which applies when you book.
Plan on about 198 to 206 minutes door to door, off-peak to peak. Off-peak — mid-morning or early afternoon — the 196.4-mile run up Florida’s Turnpike and I-95 sits near the low end. During Miami’s morning and evening rush, or on a busy holiday weekend, the climb north out of the metro adds the extra minutes toward 206. We build the pickup time around your flight, so a delay simply shifts the departure without a rebooking. If you have a specific arrival window in Cocoa — a launch time, a check-in, a dinner — tell us at booking and we’ll set a departure that lands you there comfortably.
Daytime hours run 7 AM to 6 PM with no surcharge. A pickup scheduled outside that window carries a small addition per trip:
